QR scan statistics (clicks, locations, devices) are provided for informational purposes. While we take care to ensure accuracy, figures may vary due to bot filtering, caching, network conditions, and other factors. We do not guarantee that analytics data is complete or perfectly accurate.

User-Generated Content

QR Maker is a platform. We do not control, monitor, or endorse the content to which QR codes created by users point. We are not responsible for any content, products, or services accessible via user-generated QR codes or landing pages. If you encounter harmful or illegal content, please report it to privacy@qr-maker.io.

AI-Generated & AI-Curated Content

QR Maker includes AI features that (a) generate landing page copy and QR configurations from prompts, and (b) automatically curate the "best" 30 photos from an event gallery into a printed Wedding Album (see Privacy Policy §4b for what data is processed and how).

AI curation is best-effort. The selection algorithm uses face-quality, sharpness, near-duplicate detection, and wedding-scene classification. It may occasionally include a photo you would have excluded, or miss a photo you consider a highlight. You have the opportunity to review the full curated preview on the /album/[slug] page before purchasing. We do not warrant the aesthetic suitability of AI selections and refunds on that basis are not offered — see the Refund Policy.

AI-generated landing page copy is provided as a starting point only. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any content before publishing. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated output.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, QR Maker and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our aggregate liability is limited as described in our Terms of Service.
